new york rtw spring/summer 2009, pt 4.

I'm still a little in tears, as I just watched a small something on television about young kids wondering on the streets, alone, all alone. Struggeling on getting a place to call their own and horrible to watch. But through it all, the love they're having for eachother and the positivity they carry with them, I'm sure things will get better. But it's always nice to have a small reality-check. Since I'm sitting at home, with family and love, eating, drinking and working on a trip and work at London, with almost nothing to worry about. Sheesh..

Yay! Fabrics, shiny, hats, on the head, waist, all about waist, killer belts, awesome shoes, new accessories. Marc is back. And then he came up, in a skirt. I'm in love again. Yay!

Imagine this look, black tights, killer black heels, hair pulled back, long, small (sun)glasses, dot on the face, done. It's too much, the entire show, but when you see how you can wear it aswell, it's something really nice. Great bodies aswell. x








Proenza Schouler
Is this, is it.. really Proenza? Schouler? Really? Those cuties Jack and Lazaro? I'm in shock. All the volumes, the leather, ahh uhh.. hmm.. I have to give this collection some time, it's not bad, the first looks were the best, but still. I always adored the fact they knew how to make eyecatching simple items. Stunning fabrics, and so so sellable and wearable and unisex. Last thing still on, or well, thinking about the gorgeous coats, blouses and trousers from this season.. I wonder is this is an experiment or a begin or an amazing new something for them.. Time will tell, let's say that.
